The Eight Days of Ham - Day Four


On the Fourth Day of Ham I sliced about a pound

of ham, placed it in a baking dish,

and added a glaze of apple jelly and honey and mustard

over the top before baking it in a 350 degree oven

for about 30 minutes, or until hot.





Simple ingredients, tasty dish.




Now, imagine this on a plate with mashed potatoes and

creamed corn.



I obviously was too tired or distracted to take

more pictures.

My apologies.



At the end of Day Four we had 7 pounds, 13-1/4 ounces

of ham left.
