Tasty Crab Dip
Since my BBQ Bacon Krab Bites have been such a hit, I decided to branch out a bit and try a crab dip.
Happily a quick Internet search yielded a recipe that looked like a good place to start.
Of course I made several changes to the recipe, but that is rather par for the course around here.

Here are some of the ingredients for the crab dip:
1 (8 ounce) package imitation crab meat
1/4 cup chives, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch sea salt
I decided to switch out 1 pinch ground white pepper for the ground black pepper
and I also added 2 tablespoons mayonnaise to the recipe.
*
I stirred the cream cheese till soft and smooth and then added the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Then the garlic, chives and crab meat were mixed in.
The recipe stated that this dip can be heated for 3 to 4 minutes in the microwave if desired.
I can tell you that the dip is terrific cold.

I gave this recipe 5 stars while the husband gave it 4 stars.

The Foodie Daughter and her boyfriend each gave this recipe 4-1/2 stars,

giving the recipe an overall score of 4-1/2 stars.

I'd say I have another winner here.
